I don't know if anybody else found out about this but here it is anyway.

After getting the National Dex, go talk to Bebe. She's in Hearthome City in the house right next to the pokemon center. She will then give you a level 5 Eevee. I got one with these stats:

EEVEE
Impish nature

HP 21
Atk 10
Def 11
SpAtk 8
SpDef 11
Spd 10

Ability: Runaway

I don't know if it's the same stats for everyone, but let me know!

No, you only get one from Bebe.

You cannot get more than one, but if you save and soft reset, the IV's should be different each time you talk to her.

You can also just breed it with dittos to get as many Eevees as you want.

I don't know whether it was your intention to come across that way. It is very easy to misconceive your message, I do it all the time myself, probably why I'm making this post.

Or simply reset until she gives you a female. Just a note to all people who reset or will reset for eevee, don't accept it the first time. She will still give it to you later, but her conversation will be shorter.
