BP 'Complex Curiosity Question'

I posted this around 3 times on the simple questions thread, and the first time no one answered. The second time I wasn't being specific enough according to the person, the third time I'm told that my question wasn't simple enough for that thread. So I'll post it here now.

If every Pokemon could learn Baton Pass, which would be the best at passing the following? (Disincluding ubers and Pokemon who can Baton Pass already)

At passing Speed?

At passing Attack?

At passing Special Attack?

At passing Defense or Special Defense? (I'm told this isn't good, but I'm asking anyways, but I agree with the person whom told me so.)

At wishpassing?

At passing anything else I haven't thought of?

Speed - Ninjask and Scizor
Attack - Scizor (and Ninjask if you can survive an attack to use Swords Dance)
...that's pretty much all i know XD
 
Speed-Ninjask
Attack-Ninjask
Defense, Special Defense-Drifblim, I guess, since it can Baton Pass Stockpile, though Floatzel can Baton Pass Bulk Up, and Espeon can use Calm Mind.
Special Attack-Ambipom

Definitely Ninjask.

Focus Sash Ninjask can do this, otherwise Scizor.
At passing Special Attack?
Espeon can pass Calm Minds. Ambipom can pass Nasty Plot.

Scizor for Defense. I don't know about Special Defense.
At wishpassing?
Vaporeon and Jirachi. NYPC Blissey is also an excellent wishpasser.

Guys, he said if every poke could learn BPass.

To which I would reply:

Attack: Armaldo, Snorlax, Swampert
Defense: Cradily, Scizor, Snorlax, Swampert
SAttk: Manaphy, Ambipom, Persian
SDef: Slowbro, Cradily
Speed: Ninjask
 
sorry to be a nag but IMO this isn't really at all relevant to competitive battling as far as I know. Maybe in the third DS game there will be a Move Tutor for BP that everyone can learn, but until then I just don't see the point to this discussion.
