Breeding for hidden Power for the first time- advice?

I'm a fairly expereinced breeder (see my trade thread for examples of my past works) but I have been avoiding hidden power because it seems so difficult to breed and I have little time to breed these days.

Anyway, I want an HP ICE 65+ Camerupt with a Quiet nature for Trick room. Since Anti took Mr.Goodbars camel off the market I want to breed my own. I want one like this: 30-31/X/20+/31/20+/10- with HP Ice.

I have been studying a HP breeding guide but i'm kind of lost. Would this combo of parents work:
31/x/x/31/x/x + x/x/x/x/x/2 or 1?

It feels noobish to ask for help, but i need it. If I can look else where for guidance tell me.
 
The lowest Speed for HP Ice at a good enough power is 3. So you'll want to aim for two parents with the following IVs: x/x/x/31/31/3
 
It's good to get 2 parents with basically the same ivs... that way they pass down more regularly.
X-Act has a sweet guide on the site somewhere.

Both parents don't need those exact IVs, like... one can have x/x/x/31/31/x and the other x/x/x/x/x/3? Right?

EDIT: Chronos answered this question for me.

Ya, it should be. Thank you so much! Hidden power seemed really confusing but its not really. I hope the final product of this breed will be good! Hidden power takes longer to breed for...
