Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Download
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpD
Bold Nature
- Tri Attack / Ice Beam
- Foul Play
- Discharge
- Recover

Coming back to BSS with the release of the Isle of Armor DLC, Porygon2 has gone back to what it does whenever it isn't setting Trick Room: tanking hits and healing back to full with Recover. Its other moves complement its bulk as well; Foul Play for physical setup sweepers, the combination of STAB Tri Attack and Discharge to do good damage with a Download boost, along with a nice paralysis chance. Ice Beam can be used over Tri Attack if you'd like to have BoltBeam coverage. Porygon2 is weak to Fighting-types and Pokemon with Fighting-type coverage such as Conkelldurr, Terrakion, Urshifu, and Cinderace, which makes Pokemon such as Azumarill, Primarina, and Toxapex great partners. All of them appreciate Porygon2's physical bulkiness and its ability to wear down Water- and Grass-types.

This meta actually doesn't have a dire need for Ice-type coverage yet so Tri-Attack is actually a bit favored over Ice Beam at the moment. Ice Beam is still fine though, I'd just slash it after Tri-Attack since it's a strong STAB that actually does quite a bit of damage despite no investment. I'd also make a bigger note of Trick Room being a strong tool for it since it takes a lot of power to deny the Trick Room from Porygon2 (even LO Cinderace HJK doesn't OHKO). It doesn't need to be slashed here though since Trick Room is less common on it right now, and it's a different enough role that it's awkward to slash it in on the general tank set you've got here.

I'll also mention that Download is the most used ability and should probably be the first listed ability. Analytic is still good (and to a lesser extent Trace), but the +1 Special Attack can make Porygon2 surprisingly powerful. Any Pokemon that has equal defenses is now running the leftover 4 EVs in SpDef as a result to deny the Download boost, but that just highlights how impactful the boost can be for Porygon2.

Otherwise this looks good to me, just make those changes and it's QC 1/1 for me.

Coming back to BSS with the release of the Isle of Armor DLC, Porygon2 has gone back to what it does whenever it isn't setting Trick Room: (hyphen into colon) Tanking tanking hits and healing back to full with Recover. Its other moves complement its bulk as well; Foul Play for Setup Physical Attackers physical setup sweepers, along with the combination of STAB Tri Attack and Discharge to do good damage with a Download boost, along with a nice paralysis chance. Ice Beam can be run used over Tri Attack if you'd like to have complete the BoltBeam coverage. Of course, (RC) Porygon2 is not without its weaknesses, namely weak to Fighting-types and Pokemon with Fighting-type coverage such as Conkelldurr, Terrakion, Urshifu, and Cinderace, which makes Pokemon such as Azumarill, Primarina, and Toxapex great partners.
