RE: Rest of World v Asia

A manager of the Rest of World team has contacted the hosts and requested that the name be changed to Asia. Given that all of the members on the team are of asian decent or have asian IPs the host team is granting the request, so Rest of World is going to be referred to as Asia from now onwards.

Ferenia can no longer play for Team Latin America + Caribbean due to personal reasons. They have been granted a replacement player and have chosen Enzonana., who will be allowed to play immidiatly due to the opposing manager expressing indifferenace to this decision.

There was a scheduling conflict that prevented this game being done. While normally this would be a double sub, both manager teams expressed their preference for an extension of finals, which was granted. The deadline for finals is now Sunday, April 28th at 11:59pm GMT -4
