What is the bug?
The battle command /showteam does not work when I am locked, returning the usual "You are locked and can't talk in chat. (expires in around 1 day)". I understand that !showteam shouldn't work, but I assume /showteam doesn't broadcast and thus locked users should be able to use this command freely.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Just lock a user, have them battle, and ask them to type /showteam in battle
 
This was an intentional decision, although in retrospect I'm not sure if it's entirely necessary. Will go over it and reassess. However, this isn't a bug, so I'm going to close this.
