What is the bug?
The command /statcalc does not work for mr mime (with the space)
/statcalc mr mime, speed
No valid value for base stat found.
This works for other pokemon with a two word name like mr rime. It also works without the space (mrmime).

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Type /statcalc mr mime, speed into any chatroom.

As per /help statcalc, this command is spacing sensetive not comma sensetive, meaning you want /statcalc mrmime speed.
