What is the bug?
Only on the Smogtours server, the snowscape effect is visually broken. The background that usually exists for snowscape is missing, only displaying "snowscape (5 or 8 turns)" (with exactly that lowercase first letter). Furthermore, when the effect ends, this appears: "(none ended!)"
This bug does not exist for any other weather, to my knowledge. See the below replay (note that Sun is working perfectly). This must be a recent bug, because I used these same teams in earlier matches on smogtours for OST and didn't see this issue.
