What is the bug?
Sometimes, closing a battle or modlog window by clicking the "x" fails to fully close it. Refreshing the tab/browser then creates a zombie battle / modlog window, which must be closed again.
When closing it the first time, the window on PS goes away, but the internet browser tab name does not change.
When the tab is reloaded, the "closed" window will automatically reopen as the primary window. Closing it again will actually close it for good.
This has often happened to me seemingly at random for several months.
I provide screenshots below.
Above is the screen after I pressed x on the battle the first tiem and was mousing over the tab. The battle window has faded, but the tab name is unchanged.
I refresh the tab, and suddenly the battle window is back.
After clicking the x again on the zombie battle window, it properly closes. The tab name reverts to the PS default, and refreshing does not bring the battle window back again (again).
This bug is mildly annoying, as it often forces me to click through junk windows from old sessions before using PS on a given session.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I am not aware of any pattern for which this bug happens or doesn't. I just happened to remember to report it when it happened this time.
