What type of bug are you reporting? Client
What is the bug?
/ignore is imperfectly hiding challenges from ignored users.
Suppose Alice ignores Bob.
Situation: Alice has general challenges unblocked. Bob challenges Alice, notices no response, and cancels the challenge.
Expectation: Alice gets no notification.
Reality: Alice gets no notification initially. But when Bob cancels the challenge (either with X or with "Cancel", an empty minimized PM messaging tab between Alice and Bob pops up on Alice's screen.
(Tampere is the alt I tested with.)
_____
Situation: Alice used /blockchallenges. Bob challenges Alice.
Expectation: Alice gets no notification.
Reality: Alice gets a notice that the challenge was blocked due to /blockchallenges. I would expect the hiding from ignore to take priority. Instead, blocking challenges gives you more aggressive notification than if you had not blocked challenges.
(This was the case when I initially tested, when I had had /bch on already, but after doing all the above and re-testing again with newly turned on /bch, now the ignore takes priority, and no notification is received at any point. For this reason, I don't have a screenshot to show, as I can't replicate the /bch taking priority.)
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I tested this with my alt Tampere in a private tab.
