What is the bug?
If both sides of the field have the same field effect swapped by Court Change simultaneously, the graphic will be doubled up. Once cleared, only one of the graphics will fade; the other remains indefinitely. This is purely visual. This applies to both entry hazards and screens/screen-like effects that have a visual graphic.
Example
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
1.) Load into a battle with a Pokémon that has Court Change.
2.) Apply the same field effect to both sides. It can be Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Reflect, Mist, etc.
3.) Use Court Change, swapping both identical effects.
4.) Either wait for the effect to run out or otherwise manually clear it with a move like Defog.
