What is the bug?
Midnight Lycanroc has Sucker Punch in gen 9. This is not possible. Midnight Lycanroc doesn't learn Sucker Punch in Gen 9, and Rockruff hasn't had Sucker Punch as an Egg Move since Gen 7. It cannot use a Mirror Herb to get Sucker Punch either.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes anyone can put Sucker Punch on Midnight Lycanroc's moveset.

At least according to Serebii.net, Lycanroc's pre-evolution, Rockruff, gets Sucker Punch as an egg move in Gen 9.

I used a Mirror Herb to give a Rockruff Sucker Punch in my copy of Pokemon Scarlet just now.

Both Rockruff in fact have Sucker Punch available as an egg move.
