What is the bug?
The move skill-swap is able to swap protosynthesis and quark drive. https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9ou-2023702466

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I just picked a random pokemon with skill-swap and additionally one with protosynthesis and one with quark drive.

Update: Commander, Orichalcum Pulse, and Hadron Engine are also able to be swapped (not sure if that's supposed to be or not)
