On Turns 53-54 of my Gen 1 battle It appears that Low Kick resets the hyper beam recharge turn if the pokemon hit survives, meaning that instead of them being forced to recharge since you survived, they can attack again the next turn with no recharge required.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
A pokemon that can survive hyper beam and that also learns low kick are seemingly all that is required to pull this off, unsure if it must only be Tauros vs Machamp, or if other hyperbeam users also have the same effect applied.
