What is the bug?
Berserk gene gives normal confusion rather than 256 turn confusion (see https://m.bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Berserk_Gene). I believe this is true to Pokémon Colosseum 2 (where the shorter confusion is seen as a bug), but is inconsistent with the main series.

This is not a bug simply due to the fact that berserk gene does not exist outside of gen 2. Using it in any other generation/format is undefined behavior, so we will not "fix" any behavior that can't actually be verified in game.
