What is the bug?
According to Bulbapedia, a pokemon terastallized into the stellar type cannot be copied by imposter, but this isn’t the case on PS.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

This is a matter of poor wording on Bulbapedia's part; if Ditto is terastallized into the Stellar type then Imposter will not work, not vice versa.

(EDIT: personally edited the Bulbapedia page for Imposter to make the sentence less vague)
