What is the bug?
Ogerpon and Terapagos should revert to their original forms if Tera'd and revived.

Terapagos-Tera (the middle one after Tera Shift activates) doesn't revert to the Baby form when it faints, but Terapagos-Stellar (the one after Terastallizing) reverts all the way back to the Baby form when it faints. Relatedly, Ogerpon-Tera-Mask reverts to the regular Ogerpon-Mask when fainting, which isn't exactly surprising but was worth a check.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
While Ogerpon-W reverted to its original type, it still has Embody Aspect as an ability.
