What is the bug?
Scrappy didn’t land triple arrows on Tera ghost slaking.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I’d have to play another game to see.

Perhaps you were playing in a doubles format where Neutralizing Gas Weezing was active as well? Impossible to tell with no replay.
