What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics

What is the bug?
Had this battle where on turn 27 I throat chopped a latios, but the latios still used psychic noise the same turn. Every other game I've throat chopped it blocks on the same turn, and Bulbapedia at least confirms psychic noise as a sound move. Other player said he had soul Dew, which I don't believe should block secondary effects.



Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Have not been able to yet but unsure

If you could supply the replay that'd be awesome, cuz I just tested, and it seems to be working fine. It's preferred you use the "Upload and share replay" button if you need to report a bug.

E: My best guess is the other player lied and actually had Covert Cloak?

I tried attaching it but it wouldn't let me at first, I tried editing it in did it not work? I can't tell when I try clicking it it just has me try to download again. I'm not sure if there's another way to link it or not
