Can anyone explain why everything attacked before Terapagos in TR? Terapagos was min-Speed (according to the player) and besides Incineroar, Urshifu and Calyrex are usually faster (therefore attacking after Terapagos).

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
No, opponent didn‘t respond unfortunately.
 
After examining the debug log (which reveals all pokemon details including EVs, IVs, item, natures, etc) and calculating the speeds of all pokemon as shown at the start of Turn 3 reveals that Terapagos was the fastest pokemon hence why it went last. I do not want to reveal exact details as to why for set privacy reasons, regardless this is not a bug.
