An Dragonite used Extreme Speed in Psychic Terrain and it works, on a Whimsicott grounded!

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I don't know if i'm able to replicate it...

When a move choice gets overridden by Encore, the encored move uses the priority of the original clicked move. In this case Dragonite clicked a move without priority, and therefore was able to successfully use a 0 priority Extreme Speed through terrain.
