What is the bug?
During a battle on the ADV OU ladder there was a turn where an opposing Magneton outsped my Aerodactyl. Both mon's were high health and not status'd, no berry/item appeared to be consumed and the Aerodactyl had max speed. Even if EV's were missing the only way for Magneton to outspeed Aeros is for me to go out of my way and give Aero a -speed natured and imperfect IV's.

No, in later battles Aerodactyl's speed tier seems correct.
