What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics

What is the bug?
When Miraidon consumes its Electric Seed, Oranguru lends his Covert Cloak to it with the ability Symbiosis. However, Miraidon then consumes its Covert Cloak for some reason :(

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

On cart the Covert Cloak is not consumed.

As an aside, a number of opponents used to mention that the Miraidon was not showing as holding the Covert Cloak (despite on my side it being shown as held, see screenshot below).

Edit: played a few more games and it seems to be intermittently working...?

Had been working reliably for me prior to yesterday, so I looked and saw a recent PR to do with ability/item activations, but I don't know the code well enough to know if it triggered the bug.
Appears this will be fixed by https://github.com/smogon/pokemon-showdown/pull/10853, thanks for addressing this quickly.
