What is the bug?
When using the Shell Bell in Gen 3 double battles, the Shell Bell only appears to restore HP based on the last Pokemon that it dealt damage to. However, it is supposed to heal HP based on all of damage that is dealt that turn.

In this replay, on Turn 2, Swampert had 140 HP.

It then dealt 43 damage to Latios and 53 damage to Zapdos with Icy Wind.

1/8 of 96 (43+53) = 12. Shell Bell should have restored 12 HP to Swampert.

However, Swampert only gained 6 HP (1/8 of 53).

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, I am able to replicate it. This bug occurs anytime a multi target attack is used in Gen 3 doubles when the attacker is holding the Shell Bell.
