What is the bug?
I am filling this out for the sake of another user, who does not have a Smogon account. Allegedly, Weezing-Galar's Neutralizing Gas interacted strangely with a Miraidon holding an Ability Shield -- Hadron Engine put the Electric Terrain up, but Miraidon's SpAtk stat was not boosted. Something I want to note is that the user was unsure if the Special Attack not being boosted was solely a visual issue, or if the damage calculations were indeed affected.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Simply sending out a Neutralizing Gas Weezing-G with an Ability Shield Miraidon next to it should suffice to replicate it.
