The damage from a quark drive boost on neutralizing gas weezing is not being computed properly in all situations.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Set up electric terrain, send in quark drive mon, and then opponent sends in neutralizing gas weezing, as in this replay on turn 7.

The damage should have been (with quark drive attack set on)
