What is the bug?
Oricorio's ability Dancer is bugged. After Oricorio uses a move through Dancer, it can't move again that turn even though it should be able to make it's own attack. There are two videos attached, both show this. The first one might be better.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

Your Oricorio has a Choice item; you proved in the very same replay that the bug as you describe it doesn't exist, because on Turn 2 both Oricorio used Revelation Dance twice without any issue.
