What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics

What is the bug?
I skill swap my Medicham's Pure Power onto my Regigigas, and instead of swapping, it just gave my Medicham Slow Start, while leaving Slow Start, on to my Regigigas

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, same set up as told above

I tried to use skill swap with Indeedee with Psychic Surge to Toxapex's merciless and the result was that both pokemon had Psychic Surge

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
yes I have tried it 3 times and every time the same thing happens
