In a Random Battle game, sleep clause didn't activate for a Venomoth using Sleep Powder

This isn't a bug, its the intended behavior of Sleep Clause Mod.

It prevents specifically putting more than one opponent to sleep at once. Since every Pokemon fainted after being put to sleep, there was no current Pokemon on your team asleep when Sleep Powder was used.
