What is the bug?
In Pokebilities, Weezing-Galar holding an Ability Shield will still have Neutralizing Gas suppress Levitate and Misty Surge.

If this scenario is undefined behavior, then I would argue Neutralizing Gas should not suppress the other abilities when the Pokemon is holding Ability Shield, similar to how Mold Breaker with Ability Shield fails against an opposing defensive ability (Fluffy, Fur Coat, etc) with Ability Shield (I think this is how it works?). I don’t have a cartridge to prove this is how the interaction works, though.

If this scenario is undefined behavior...

Since Pokemon can't have multiple abilities (except the horses), this does fall under the category of undefined in-game.

I too, though, would also argue that the abilities shouldn't be suppressed, as standard Ability Shield behavior involves the ability not being suppressed, and there's nothing to suggest it should work any differently if the suppression is coming from the Shield holder or not.
