Eiscue ice face doesn't restore 'shield' in snow weather condition, despite that being the description of the ability

Unable to. Conditions too niche in random battles.

Not a bug. Eiscue only goes back to its Ice Face forme if Snow starts while it is in its Noice Face forme. It doesn't activate if Snow is already present.
