What is the bug?
The EV estimator counts Ruination as a special attacking move and suggests special attack investment, despite not actually using the special attack stat. This also happens with Comeuppance and all OHKO moves. Moves that were introduced before gen 9 with identical effects like Super Fang and Metal Sound do not have this issue, so it seems that you forgot to add comeuppance and ruination to the set damage offensive move list.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Put Ruination and 3 status moves into a pokemon's moveset, and the ev spread estimator will suggest 4 special attack EVs.
