What type of bug are you reporting? Teambuilder

What is the bug?
Drill peck, curse skarm in gen 4. It says it can't happen but if you transferred a gen 2 skarm it should exist. Also It does the same thing with bravebird although I don't know the details to that. I am sorry if this is intentional and wasting your time.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I can replicate it by putting in the moveset.

Unless you can get this Skarmory from the Virtual Console games, this is normal. You can't transfer Pokémon from Gen 2 to Gen 3.
