What is the bug?
Antique / Artisan forms of Sinistea and Poltchageist respectively are illegal in National Dex formats, despite the evolved versions of the alternate forms being legal.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Go into the builder, select an ND format (i tested with OU, Ubers UU, and LC), the forms are marked as illegal and won't validate with reasoning "does not exist in the National Dex.".

Done Thread 'Poltchageist-Artisan and Sinistea-Antique appear as illegal'

What type of bug are you reporting? Validator

What is the bug?
in the VGC teambuilder next to sinistea-antique and poltchageist-artisan, it says "illegal" instead of "lc" or another tier, however if you have a team with one of them on it, when you click validate it says the team is valid. not sure if the aforementioned sinistea/poltchageist are illegal in VGC or if it's a mistake that they say illegal in the builder.

Put a team with Poltchageist-Artisan/Sinistcha-Antique such as this https://pokepast.es/3bb46fdb2cea4404...
