What is the bug?
When building a GSC team, importing a set from the Sample Sets will result in validation failing if the set contains Hidden Power. This appears to be because the import process does not set DVs for the given Hidden Power type, based on the provided error. This can be worked around by deleting the move and adding it again manually.
Your team was rejected for the following reasons:- Raikou has Hidden Power Ice, but its IVs are for Hidden Power Dark.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Create a blank GSC team. Add Raikou. Click Import/Export, then, under Sample Sets, Rest Talk. Attempt to validate the team. The error should display.
