What is the bug?
Meganium is able to learn Earth Power via TM in Gen 9, but on Showdown it is listed as illegal.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Simply try building any team with meganium.

From what I’m seeing, Meganium only learns Earth Power in Z-A, not S/V. If you’re checking the Serebii page, note that it defaults to the Z-A learnset and you have to click an easy-to-miss button to get it to show you the S/V learnset.
