What type of bug are you reporting? Validator

What is the bug?
"Landorus's move Sandsear Storm is learned at level 80."

In PLA it can learn it at level 52, and you are able to add to the SV moveset using the home relearner. Because of the home relearner the lowest level something can learn something at is the lowest level across all games.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
just put a lando knowing sandsear at a lower level than 80

Does PS actually simulate PLA? I was under the impression it doesn't.

This is a consequence of HOME move relearner not being implemented, which I described here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/home-move-relearner.3736649/

Even if PS doesn't simulate the combat, any Pokémon that can be moved into Legends: Arceus can learn the move there, which HOME Move Relearner can then allow in any other game where it's part of the natural learnset.
