Shaymin-Sky with less than 3 perfect IVs and less than 21 in non-Speed stats is not showing up as legal for Regulation J despite being perfectly legal to acquire from Generation 4.
Disregard the Item Clause warning in the screenshot. That was correct.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
