What is the bug?
Crobat and Pikachu with certain moves are incorrectly permitted event Pokémon for VGC 2009. The validator correctly identifies their unique moves (Super Fang; Present, Last Resort) are from events (Crobat also gets Super Fang as a HGSS tutor move and is correctly not permitted with any nature) and are thus Nature locked. However, these events were distributed after the 2009 World Championships, which took place on 2009/08/14.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Go into teambuilder, select the format "VGC 2009", and then add Crobat and Pikachu. Give Crobat Super Fang and Pikachu Last Resort. Validator will allow them if they have these moves with the right nature.
