What is the bug?
When using a base pokemon but holding its native megastone, in mix-and-mega the validator will not allow you to use that pokemon because it is considered as its mega version, which would not exist in that generation. For example even though base form scizor holding a scizorite is in the teambuilder it would say “scizor-mega does not exist in gen 9” when it is the mix-and-mega format so should be ok (no image attached because its very easy to replicate)
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Put a pokemon that exists in gen 9 that has a mega (such as scizor) into the mix and mega teambuilder then give it its native megastone instead of another pokemon’s megastone and then click validate
