What is the bug?
Tatsugiri-Stretchy cannot learn any moves besides those from its SV event distribution in ZA-OU. It should be able to learn the same moves as the other two formes, along with celebrate from its distribution, however currently it is only considered to learn Celebrate, Draco Meteor, Helping Hand and Muddy Water.
