Building a team

Veteren pokeplayer

Hello there all, I am Vettie! Been playing since the games came out for gameboy color. Pokemon yellow I belive was the first one I ever played straight through. To say the least I've gotten much better at the game, and now fellow poke' lovers I have come to ask for some advice!

My team will consist of the following-

Glacion bold nature [maxed sp attck]
31 sp def
31 sp attk

I am planning to do 1/3 speed, special defense, and defense. I need help deciding a move set. No egg moves please I already got him bred and everything

Pickachu
[suggest Ivs?]

Lucario
[31 attack 31 speed]

any ideas on his move set and maybe Iv changes? I'm still not sold with him. I may chose a different fighting type.

Staraptor brave nature
(shiney)

any ideas for her? I have her up on a high level but I don't think I can ev train her. D: I didn't know of them when I caught her.

[Torterra? Thinking of a grass type to use]

All the rest are still in my head I need help! :D Oh and glacion isn't leaving I don't believe. I love him very much.

This is not for help building a team, it's for fixing a team that works. You don't have moves, and it's not anywhere close to the correct format. What tier is this for anyway? Is it for wifi or Shoddy, because you don't specify ANYTHING here. IVs can be perfect in Shoddy, you should be posting the EVs. Lurk a little more and THEN post a TEAM.

now now no need to be rude. If you could direct me towards a forum that could help me build I would appreciate it
