Bulki dragonite status spam team

So I had in my mind an idea for a team that goes around hazard damage and dragonite that isn't your regular offensive DD set so I came up with this team that I belive have a great potential I tried it on the ladder as well went pretty nice but I still belive I have some things I can change to make this team even better ill be glad to get suggestions from you guys what can be improved/changed.
Already changed pult to an choice band set for more damage and gave it shadow ball to scout for damage and hide the real set to catch my opponent off guard.

Why did you choose this Pokemon? What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it? What are all 4 moves for?
