Bulkiness is Truly the Best, no?

Hello! First time at Smogon, jsyk.

On with the team. The team has been doing fairly well, but there is always room to improve, no? I'd say the team is more bulkier than most, you won't find any glass cannons here. So without further ado, here it is!

@ Yache Berry
Impish, Hyper Cutter
252 HP 252 DEF 6 SPD
Stealth Rock
EarthQuake
Stone Edge
Roost

Role: The Defence and Lead
I wasn't too sure about Gliscor at first. He can take physical attacks well, but not as good on the special side. As a lead, his main role is to lay up good 'ol Stealth Rocks. With his bulk, he usually can. The Yache berry helps him take his ice weakness and allows him to attack or set up Rocks. Max defense and HP. No real Speed EVs for gliscor, because Lucario never really gives me trouble, and the yache berry will save me from an Ice Punch. Earthquake is for STAB and Stone Edge offers nice coverage. Hyper Cutter over Sand Veil because, well, they're both useful and I flipped a coin... About roost, it can be useful, and it is, but I'm thinking of replacing it. Any suggestions will be nice.
Synergy: Ice- Metagross, Heatran, Milotic.
Water- Milotic dragonite

dpmba149.png
@Life Orb
Rash, Inner Focus
252 SP ATK 112 ATK 146 HP
Draco Meteor
SuperPower
Fire Blast
Thunder Wave

Role: Bulky Mixed Attacker/Wall Breaker
Ah, Dragonite, Salamence's forgotten cousin. Well I'm bringing him back. He's always been a favorite. He much more bulkier than Salamence, and is better at wall breaking. He is my hit 'n run pokemon, as his two main attacks lower his stats. Life Orb for the extra boost. Attack Evs to kill certain pokemon with SuperPower. Max Sp. Attack = Max power for Draco Meteor. The rest goes into HP. Draco Meteor is powerful enough to usually finish off some opponents. Super Power is the much needed move to hit the ugly pink loser. Yes, Blissey. Fire Blast is for steels and coverage. Thunder wave is supposed to make up for the loss of SPD EVs, and it does, but I usually don't have the time to fire it. I was thinking of changing it to the standard 245 SPD nite, but I wanted an opinion on this. But Thunder Wave is good, especially on a more slower team like this, no?
Synergy: Ice- Metagross, Heatran, Milotic
Rock- Metagross
Dragon- Heatran, Metagross

dpmba376.png
@Lum Berry
Adamant, Clear Body
252 ATK 252 HP 6 DEF
Meteor Mash
EarthQuake
Bullet Punch
Explosion

Role: Bulky Attacker
Solid Fighting Force (litterally). He is and always willl be a favorite of mine. I used a lum berry for a more defensive approach. It gives me a second chance when I get burned of frozen. Max Attack and HP is good for him. Meteor Mash is dangerous on Metagross, EQ for coverage, Bullet Punch gives nice priority, and explosion makes things go boom. Don't need much help for him.
Synergy: Fire- Heatran, dragonite, milotic
Ground- Gliscor, togekiss, dragonite

dpmba485.png
@Choice Scarf
Rash, Flash Fire
252 SPATK 252 SPD 6 HP
Fire Blast
Earth Power
HP grass
Explosion
Role: Special Attacker with Speed
The main problem with my team was I needed at least one pokemon that can outspeed things. With Heatran, that problem is fixed. He is the newest one on my team. I typically don't like legendaries, but I can make an exception. Rash Nature to give a boost in attacking. Choice Scarf to outspeed. Fire Blast over flamethrower for the power, though the accuracy can get annoying, but part luck is what makes Pokemon fun, no? Earth Power for coverage. Grass HP is for the bulky waters (mainly swampert). not sure to keep this. Explosion so that both bulky attackers have that last resort.
Synergy: Ground: Gliscore, Dragonite, Togekiss
Fighting: Gliscor, Dragonite
Water: Dragonite, Milotic

dpmba468.png
@Leftovers
Calm, Serene Grace
252 SPDEF 252 HP 6 SP Atk
Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Roost
ThunderWave

Role: The Sp. Defense and flinchaxor.
Togekiss is a huge gamble, and hopefully luck is on my side. Max Sp. Defense and HP makes this hard to take down. Can take special hits quite nicely, the only real problem it being weak to ice. But thats okay, I still love it. ThunderWave is great on my team, and makes Air Slash shine. Roost for healing. Aura sphere is for coverage, but haven't used it much. Any suggestions for replacement?
Synergy: Ice- Heatran, metagross, milotic
Rock- Metagross
Electric- Gliscor

dpfba350.png
@Leftovers
Bold, Marvel Scale
252 Def 124 HP 136 Sp. Attack
Surf
Ice Beam
HP Electric
Recover

Role:Mix Wall
Milotic really should be in OU. She is a really great pokemon and has always been a favorite. The Evs make her Bulky in Special defense and defense. Surf for STAB and ice beam for dragons. I used to have Hypnosis on HP electric, but replaced it because of low accuracy. I might replace it with toxic, but the coverage is extremely useful. Recover to heal my injuries.
Synergy: Grass- Dragonite, Heatran
Electric- Gliscor

So thats the team. Please give some advice, any advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

This may just be a bit of personal preference, but I really think you should use a rest talking milotic, since you're using her as a wall. Sleep activates Marvel Scale, bringing both defenses up to par with cressy.

Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/18 SAtk
Modest/Bold/Calm Nature
- Surf
- Sleep Talk
- Rest
- Ice Beam

Depending on if you want a wall/sweeper or complete wall with sweeping capabilities, switch around the EVs/nature

I would also switch to Metagross as your lead, but I suppose Gliscor works just as fine.

Sorry to say it, but Dragonite is just an outclassed salamence. He works though, so keep using him if you like.

As for Togekiss, I suggest switching Aura Sphere with Nasty Plot.

Being bulky is nice and all, but you have a real issue with Stall teams due to your teams middling nature. Outside of Explosion and Dragonite, you don't have anything that really resembles a wallbreaker, so stall will definitely have its way with you. Roost over Thunder Wave on Dragonite please, as switching into Stealth Rock really takes its toll on it overtime. Another suggestion I have is turning Metagross into a mixed version with Grass Knot/Meteor Mash/Earthquake/Hidden Power Fire. Expert Belt is a wonderful choice of item for a wallbreaker, as it is able to feign being Choiced and remove key pokemon with certain moves (Grass Knot destroys Hippowdon, Hidden Power Fire gets Skarmory and Forretress, Earthquake gets stuff like Tentacruel). The analysis suggests a Naughty nature, with 252 Atk / 124 SpA / 132 Spe, but you can modify that as you see fit (although I don't recommend reducing the SpAtk number is it is there for key 2HKO's and OHKO's). The next issue I have with your team is a lack of offensive synergy, it just seems like 6 pokemon thrown together to counter a bunch of stuff without having a plan for victory. Your new Metagross opens up all sorts of holes in the opponents team, such as luring in and removing Scizor, Hippowdon and Swampert. All these pokemon are the main counters for a Dragon Dancing Tyranitar, so using one over Togekiss in conjunction with Metagross will often net you a solid late-game sweep that you have been sorely lacking, as well as something that can actually switch into Jolteon (yeah you're really weak to it). If you want a Jolteon counter and want to still have a counter to Gyarados and stuff, I'd actually run Porygon2 in Milotic's slot. Has Recover and BoltBeam too, and having Volt Absorb on switch in makes it a top-notch Jolteon counter. You are a little MixApe weak after this though, so making either Gliscor or Dragonite a Rest/Sleep Talk Gyarados will remedy that.

Sorry for making so many changes, just test them and see if they work. To summarize.

Expert Belt Metagross > Your current one
Dragon Dance Tyranitar > Togekiss
Porygon2 > Milotic
Gyarados > Dragonite or Gliscor (personal preference).

Hope I helped ^_^.
