Thanks to its naturally high Attack, Kartana can afford to invest more EVs in bulk in order to become a good offensive pivot and Tailwind setter. The additional bulk makes this Kartana a more effective Tailwind setter than offensive variants and enables it to more freely pivot into top-tier threats of the Doubles OU metagame like Tapu Fini and Mega Metagross. The given EV spread lets Kartana outpace Hoopa-U as well as survive an Ice Beam from Life Orb Kyurem-B and a Superpower from Deoxys-A. Pokemon like Incineroar and Tapu Fini enjoy bulky Kartana's ability to pivot into Water-, Grass-, and Electric-type attacks. In return, these two can take on Fire- and Fighting-type attacks that threaten Kartana. Pokemon with a mediocre Speed tier like Zygarde and Kyurem-B appreciate Kartana's Tailwind; the former also threatens Fire-types, while the latter threatens Zapdos for Kartana.

• When you talk about Kartana acting as a pivot for Incineroar and Tapu Fini, I'd mention that the converse is true too. Tapu Fini and Incineroar cover some of Kartana's weaknesses very well, such as Fighting (Fini) or Fire (both) attacks
• Zygarde doesn't really threaten Zapdos immediately, I'm guessing you may have meant that Kyurem threatens Zapdos in the last sentence?
