Bulky Offense + BP

I usually like to pick some random Pokemon that I like, and are good, and make a team around them. This team has done fairly well for me, but I want to see what it's weaknesses that I didn't see are, and what it can improved on.

Tingle (Klefki) (M)

@ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- Foul Play

My lead for the majority of the time, I usually start with Thunder Wave, unless my opponent uses a Ground-type, or a Magic Bouncer. After Thunder Wave, I try to set up as many layers of Spikes I can, unless I feel like I should save Klefki for later, or need to put up Light Screen Quickly. Foul Play is to keep me from being complete Taunt bait.

Yoshi (Scolipede) (M)

@ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Baton Pass
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Megahorn

Unless I know it'll be completely pointless on my team, I always use Scolipede. I use Focus Sash so I'll be able to get a Swords Dance up, as well as getting the Speed Boost. Scolipede has been able to sweep on it's own but gets walled by a lot of things. I mainly use Scolipede to pass Attack, and Speed boosts to Heracross so it can sweep.

Easy Bake (Rotom-Heat)

@ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 248 HP / 4 SAtk / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

My go to wall for certain treats on my team. I highly prefer Rotom-Heat over Rotom-Wash because of its resistences. I usually bring this thing in on the fairly common Talonflame, and it walls it really well, the same applies to Genesect, another common Pokemon to face. I know this thing might need some work on, but I'm not sure what to do. I carry 4 Speed Evs to outspeed uninvested Rotoms. I use Will-o-Wisp to add to Physical Bulk, and both Volt Switch, and Thunderbolt because I don't usually want to switch out on a Talonflame, because how weak my team is to it.

Kotaru (Heracross) (F)

@ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 248 HP / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Rock Blast
- Pin Missile
- Close Combat
- Earthquake

My main sweeper, this is one of the main reasons why I run Scolipede, as Mega-Heracross really enjoys the Speed, and Attack boosts. With Speed, and Attack boosts, I thought Moxie would be the better choice in ability to I could get an extra boost of attack if I finish of the Pokemon I'm out against. the moves are use are mostly for coverage, and I use Close Combat, because I'm willing to sack my defenses as my Heracross would be fast enough for it to not worry about.

Barney (Dragonite) (M)

@ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Beam
- Outrage
- Earthquake

I'm not really sure about this thing. It's just your run of the mill Dragon Dance Dragonite, with Ice Beam for coverage for the likes of Gliscor. I'm pretty sure this is what I need the most work on.

Drill-X (Excadrill) (F)

@ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

My go to Rapid Spinner. I really need one of these, because I have 3 Pokemon that are weak to Stealth Rocks. I have Rapid Spin for the required Utility, Swords Dance to allow Excadrill the ability to sweep, and of course Rock Slide, and Earth Quake for attacks. I gave it an Air Balloon so it isn't weak to Ground moves, or susceptible to Spikes. Mold Breaker is for Levitators to might switch in.

I'm sure I could use some improvement on this team, so much advice is appreciated.

Run max Speed on Excadrill and Heracross if you plan on passing them Speed to outspeed certain threats. If you find running max dies not beat anything important, creep something important at a certain boost.

Running Ice Beam on Dragonite makes it a nice lure, but (bad as it is) Skarmory niw comes in for free. As you have a Rotom-H, you should focus on using both in an offensive core for their decent synergy. (offensively, don't really bother defensively) Make Rotom offensive, either Specs, Scarf, Leftovers, whatever, just let it smash everything that walls Dragonite

The thing about making Rotom more Offensive based, is that now Talonflame threatens the majority of my team without much at will easily take care of it, best solution would to run Reflect along with Light Screen, I really don't need Spikes, but breaking Sash is really nice. Without Ice Beam Gliscor walls my entire team, so it's basically necessary. I think I'll try a Choice Scarf Rotom-H, might be cool to trick a Scarf on a Pokemon that could otherwise wall my team.

Edit: gave Heracross 216 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature, as it outspeeds Crobat at +1 in mega form. Also gave Rotom-Heat a Choice Scarf with 136 EVs in Speed to outspeed Mega Lucario.
