Bulky Offense? OU RMT

Ok, I am not particularly great at team building, so I want some help. I like this team and think they go very well together, but I am open to suggestions. I thought up these EVs, so they are what I am most worried about and would love corrections on. Anyway, here they are

Careful, Natural Cure @ leftovers
EVs: 252 Def, 252 SpD, 4 Spe
-SR
-T-wave
-Leech Seed
-U-turn

Ok, this guy is great at getting up SR because with those EVs he can take most hits. After he sets up SR, I either T-wave or leech seed, and usually follow with which ever one I didnt use first after that. The main advantage to u-turn is predicting T-tar switch ins and going out to something to take it. I feel like this could be much more effective as a lead that just leeched the opponents health away with leech seed, but u-turning makes that pretty much useless so I would love some ideas on how to make it more of a stall leecher. Maybe Toxic over T-wave and a different attack? I want to keep SR because it is my lead and would love to keep leech seed, but if I get a great idea that doesnt have leech seed I will be open to that as well.

Impish, Sand Veil @ leftovers
EVs: 252 Def, 248 Atk, 8 Hp
-EQ
-Aerial Ace
-Knock Off
-roost

I love u-turning away from T-tar out to Gliscor for many reasons. EQ takes out a hefty chunk of damage and I am able to make good use of Sandstorm from the T-tar thanks to Sand Veil. I have Aerial Ace because few people use it on Gliscor so it is an unexpected STAB attack. Knock Off is for removing items from walls, and roost to stay alive longer. When I don't switch in to unexpected ice attacks, this guy can be great. EQ does awesome damage and Aerial Ace hits Celebi which a lot of people love switching on it for some reason. Aerial Ace also catches a lot of people with Levitate off guard when they think I only have EQ, but I wouldnt mind changing it to something like one of the Fang attacks or Stone edge.

Modest, Flash Fire @ choice specs
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 SpD, 4 Spe
-Overheat
-Dragon Pulse
-HP Grass
-Earth Power

Obviously Gliscor's main weakness is Ice Beam/Blizzard, or maybe Ice Fang though with he defensive EVs he might take a hit from that. With that in mind, I picked the only pokemon that has 4x resist on ice. People often overlook Heatran's base 106 in both defenses, so I decided bulk him up on the special side to even further reduce Ice beam damage, and help him take Earth Power from Scarfed Tran's and live about half the time. Most of the time people expect ScarfTran and switch out, only to get hit with Overheat which packs quite a punch coming from 589 SpA with BP 210 with STAB factored in. Also, Gliscor is great to switch in to avoid EQ or Earth Power thrown at Heatran.

Modest, Levitate @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4SpD
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-T-bolt
-HP Fire

This is my contigency plan for losing Gliscor to save Tran from Ground attacks. Whenever you can switch SubGar in on something it is afraid of and get a sub up as they switch out it can be destructive. A lot of people also like switchin in Scizor so I run HP fire to OHKO even the bulkiest of Scizor's. Overall, I feel this pokemon is the least needed on the team and least fits the idea of bulky offense, so I would definitely be open to replacement suggestions. Also, when Heatran goes down I lose the ability to easily deal Swampert, so Im considering replacing T-bolt with Energy Ball if I keep Gengar around.

Adamant, No Guard @ leftovers
252 Atk, 248 HP, 8 SpD
-Substitute
-Dynamicpunch
-Ice Punch
-Payback

This is another option for a Celebi u-turn from T-tar, as well as backing up Gengar quite nicely. Once This guy gets behind a Sub, he can wreck entire teams by himself without a problem. With 383 HP he also is fairly bulky, though has base defenses are somewhat lacking. He is my favorite and most frequent sweeper on this team. DynamicPunch allows him to get major confusion hax when I need it and is a great STAB move. Ice Punch is to deal with the flying types that switch in, and Payback plays the same role dealing with Psychics to eliminate his weaknesses.

dpmfsa121.png

Modest, Natural Cure @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Rapid Spin

This is my revenge killer, but I am open to other suggestions. My team is not very SR weak but I don't think it hurts to have a spinner like Starmie to take away Toxic Spikes and Spikes if the opponent tries to set-up a ton of entry hazards. With the BoltBeam combo and STAB Surf he can revenge kill very well. Open to suggestions for replacements here. Would a different item make this set better? Maybe a Life Orb or just Specs? Open to major suggestions here.

Well, that is my team. I would love as much constructive criticism as I can get!

I think you should give some more descriptions rather than increase the size of your text to make it look like there is more to it. There's really only like, one or two sentences for each guy. Giving more description can help people understand how you use it and what you sue it for, giving a better idea on what should be fixed.

I rarely see the Swampert lead, but that is a good alternative to u-turn to allow me to stay in and wall for longer...definitely being considered and will test it out.

In the defensive EV department, using X-ACT's Defensive EV Finder Applet, i discovered that:
- Celebi should be Careful, 252HP/160DEF/96SpDEF (You can move a few DEF evs into Speed, and 252/154/96/4SPD), giving it 9% more DEF and 3% more SDEF.
- Gliscor should be Impish, 124HP/248ATK/136DEF, giving him 1% more DEF, 10% more SDEF.
- Heatran may want with 252HP instead of 252SDEF for better overall defenses, giving him 20% more DEF for 5% less SDEF.
- Machamp, Gengar and Scarfmie are OK

Why Scarf on Starmie? I see Gengar and Heatran are non-scarfed. I can suggest a few other r-killers:
- CB(Wea)Vile: Handles Salamence (after escaping from a Pursuit while SR is up, he can't switch in again) and Latias (Ice Punch/On-The-Switch Pursuit = OHKO) excellently. Sadly has problems with Gyarados.
- CS-Azelf (Most likely physical): He has 95% of the defenses of Starmie and 116% of the power. U-Turn and Explosion allow him to scout-switch and take nasty but bulky threats, respectively.
- CS-Alakazam: 59% of Starmie's DEF and 96% of its special, but a faster speed (a Timid one can outspeed a 2DDed Gyarados and OHKO with Shock Wave/HP Electric) and 123% of its power with Modest/112% With Timid.
- CS-Latias: A much bulkier option then starmie. Your 110ish Speed forces you to be Timid and have 97% of Starmie's Waterpower, but 350>329 Speed and 120% of the DEF/167% of the SDEF along with Draco Meteor make it a good choice.
