Azelf @ Focus Sash Ability: Levitate
Timid EV's 6 HP/ 252 Sp. Att/ 252 Spe
~Stealth Rock
~Fire Blast
~Grass Knot
~HP Ground

I don't like Explosion on Azelf, since it functions well as a special sweeper on my team. Fire Blast is for Steels and Grass Knot will KO any Swampert that doesn't invest in Sp. Def. HP Ground is for Heatran which love to switch in for some reason...Stealth Rock helps my sweepers greatly.

Gyarados @ Leftovers/(Wacan Berry) Ability: Intimidate
Adamant EV's 156 HP/108 Att/100 Def/144 Spe
~Dragon Dance
~Taunt
~Waterfall
~Bounce

Effective bulky sweeper with standard BulkyGara EV spread. I try to save Gyarados for the late game, but Lucario/Heatran will often ruin that strategy. Taunt prevents crippling status effects and Skarmory's whirlwind.
Waterfall is for STAB and flinch hax. Bounce is for STAB and the paralysis, which complements Waterfall's flinch. Bounce will definitely KO Starmie after any residual damage and destroys Breloom. Considering Wacan Berry to sneak in two Dragon Dances, after which Gyarados is almost unstoppable.

Scizor @ Leftovers/(Shed Shell) Ability: Technician
Adamant EV's 252 HP/252 Att/6 Spe
~Swords Dance
~Bullet Punch
~Superpower
~U-turn/Pursuit

Bulky spread. Swords Dance when possible and abuse Bullet Punch. Superpower is mostly there for Bulky waters, Lucario, and other Pokemon that resist Bullet Punch. I'm leaning towards U-turn as a useful scouting move. (STAB is nice as well, and Celebi with HP Fire make Pursuit moot) Leftovers provides recovery while Scizor sets up, but Shed Shell will allow Scizor to escape Magnezone. (Maybe redistribute EV's into Sp. Def.?)

Electivire @ Expert Belt/Life Orb Ability: Motor Drive
Jolly EV's 40 HP/252 Att/216 Spe
~Meditate
~Earthquake/Low Kick
~Thunder Punch
~Ice Punch

Absorbs Electric attacks directed towards Gyarados. Meditate on the switch and sweep. With EV spread, Low Kick fails to KO Heatran, but maims Tyranitar (120BP against both). Earthquake is preferred fr Heatran and Metagross. EV Spread and Nature outspeed Scarfed Flygon after a Motor Drive boost and Jolly Lucario/Neutral Salamence without. Considering dropping Expert Belt for Life Orb, since adding Meditate loses coverage from the standard physical Electivire set.

Blissey @ Leftovers Ability: Natural Cure
Calm EV's 252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp. Att
~Wish
~Protect
~Toxic
~Ice Beam/Shadow Ball

Standard WishBliss. Toxic is for stalling Rotom-A, Zapdos, Swampert, and other bulky Pokemon. Ice Beam is mostly for Latias, and the occasional weakened Salamence. Heatran and Magnezone generally pose trouble, since Ice Beam hardly scratches them. Considering Shadow Ball for Rotom-A.

Cresselia @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate
Bold Ev's 252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp. Att
~Reflect
~Thunderwave
~Charge Beam
~Rest/Light Screen/Lunar Dance

Complements Blissey well as a physical wall with its Fighting resistance and excellent defensive stats. Reflect prolongs Cresselia's staying power against common counters and provides support to help Gyarados and Scizor set up.
Thunderwave cripples opposing sweepers, while Charge Beam is for Gyarados that decide to taunt Cresselia. Not sure about the last moveslot...Rest allows Cresselia to shrug off statuses and recover (often after multiple Charge Beam boosts), but sleep can allow opposing sweepers to set up. Light Screen and Lunar Dance are two excellent support moves.

Any comments and suggestions are appreciated!

azelf:
grass knot on azelf i love it, im running 3 attacks+taunt atm and its working great, fyi grass knot only averages OHKO on 252/0 pert so just pointing that out, hp ground is a good idea never considered that =/

gyarados is ok

that scizor set is sort of a mess, it doesnt really do its job (not that i can even tell what it is) first, pursiuit is disappointingly weak without a choice band, and u-turn w/ SD is just, what? while the lack of choice might surprise a few pokes, the lack of power without a previous swords dance will disappoint you
in other words, either commit to swords dance, in which case use roost or quick attack in the last slot, or choice band, in which case take out SD and run both u-turn and pursuit, the SD version is more appropriate on the "bulky offense" pattern, but then you lack a revenge killer
also, put 248 EVs in HP, not 252, and put 8 in defense if you run superpower

on electivire, use earthquake over low kick for coverage, if you want a fighting move use cross chop, 60 BP is just too small. i also forsee this not getting much use, since as you say gyarados is meant for the late game, and its also the only thing drawing out electric attacks, and if they see electivire at any point, your opponent will be much more cautious in using electric moves
IMO if you are going to run the SD variant on scizor, use a scarf flygon for a revenge killer, it also keeps the electric immunity

with this moveset, blissey is going to have trouble with steels, as i just noticed the majority of your team does, use flamethrower to cover steels, if you see a heatran, stay in and stall fire blasts vs scarf versions, go to electivire for non-scarf versions. rotom is still not going to to anything to you really, charge beam versions are the only ones that can beat you 1-on-1, and really its asking for the electivire switch in

cresellia is fine if you run moonlight, though personally i would take it out
here i would put in one of the rotom forms, any one will work here. rest+sleep talk+will-o-wisp+thunderbolt provides a version that can shut down physical attackers but is bulky, sub+charge beam goes with the offense theme, but scarf can be a revenge killer if you do not decide to use the scarf flygon or the CBzor
