Bulky Offense Rain (new, please help)

Im still quite new to showdown, and very new to gen 9. Despite how poorly it sounds like rain is doing in gen 9 it'll always be my favorite way to play and bulky offense seems like the best way to pull it off from what I've heard.

I've gone with Toxicroak as my wellspring answer, Scizor to help with Kyurem, Great Tusk seemed like the best hazard option, Basc-f is basically my speed control being a nuke under rain, raging bolt is my bulky rain abuser with accurate thunder and obviously pelipper bcos rain

If theres any obvious flaws in this team or weak spots I'd love to be educated, so far I've won nearly all my games but im only sitting around 1350

hey, did you make this team yourself? Would love to hear what the EVs do in specific to hav a better idea of how it plays; some replays would be good too!
