Bulky Offense?

The title is a question because though i've been hanging on the competitive scene for a few months, i'm still a total noob and i can't be sure this really is bulky offense. Anyway, here's my team:

The Lead:

Venusaur @ Choice Scarf
Modest (+SpA -Atk)
Overgrow
56 HP / 72 Atk / 216 Spe / 164 SpA
-Earthquake
-Leaf Storm
-Sleep Powder
-Sludge Bomb

Venusaur is my lead. I usually sleep the opponent if I can't beat it or I will attack. I like this lead because it continues to be useful throughout the match. It is also a good milotic counter, usually making it switch.

Rapid Spinner / Scouter:

Hitmontop @ Leftovers
Impish (+Def -SpA)
Technician
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Mach Punch
-Detect
-Toxic
-Rapid Spin

I usually go to Hitmontop to figure out if my opponent is choiced, by detecting, then I proceed accordingly. Toxic + Detect + Leftovers on me is a nice combo, stalling out things with my respectable 304 / 249 / 256 Defenses. The EVs and nature allow me to get max Leftovers recovery, make up for my slightly worse Defense, and still hit hard. I used to have Brick Break in place of Toxic, but I realized I was only getting 15 extra BP after Technician. Rapid Spin really helps out Moltres, and the fact that I'm semi-bulky is good too.

Idk:

Azumarill @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk - SpA)
Huge Power
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Aqua Jet
-Toxic
-Substitute
-Focus Punch

Azumarill adds a bit of priority which helps due to her low speed. Toxic + Sub + Leftovers is good semi-stalling, and she has the defenses to get in a sub even after switching into an attack. Focus Punch to take adavantage of the Sub. Sub to guard from status and ease prediction. Toxic to wear down the opponent and Aqua Jet to finish them off.

The Staller + Killer
200px-146Moltres.png

Moltres @ Leftovers
Timid (+Spe -Atk)
Pressure
158 Def / 192 Spe / 158 SpD
-Flamethrower
-Toxic
-Substitute
-Roost
Moltres has one thing most toxic stallers can only dream of: Fire STAB. I switch in, usually after Venusaur has put something to sleep or when rocks are down or on a resisted attack. Sub as they switch in their counter. Toxic as they break my switch, and switch to my own counter. If they don't have a good enough counter, I may beat them through a combination of Flamthrower + Roost. The EVs allow me to be as bulky as possible while still outrunning most things.

The Set-Up Murderer:

Registeel @ Leftovers
Careful (+SpD -SpA)
Clear Body
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
-Iron Head
-Curse
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
I come in usually as a counter to my opponents Moltres counter. I just begin to curse till I need to Rest, Sleep Talk twice, rinse, repeat, until I'm at max levels. Then I just Iron Head and watch them all die.

The Cleric:

Clefable @ Toxic Orb
Impish (+Def -SpA)
Magic Guard
252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
-Cosmic Power
-Wish
-Heal Bell
-Toxic
The Nature and EVs allow me to be as bulky as possible (I think). Toxic Orb guards from status. Cosmic Power + Wish + Toxic can sometimes win but I would like some advice on how to make it better. Wish is for anybody that needs it, mostly Moltres if the rocks get up and Hitmontop dies. Heal Bell also helps against annoying status, but, based on my team, would an attacking move, like Seismic Toss be a better choice? Registeel can absorb any status and Moltres loves switching into Will-O-Wisp. Obviously, Clefable is the member of my team most willing to change.

Conclusion:
My team works pretty well, but lately its been doing pretty bad. Toxicroak and Heracross are the banes of my team. Suggestions on any member of my team, but especially Clefable, Azumarill, and the lead position are extremely welcome. By lead, I mean using a different pokemon for my lead or switching out one of my pokemon and making it my lead. Thanks for Reading!
